Scope of these terms
These terms cover Hotel Lobby AI at hotellobby.site, including accounts, portrait uploads, AI video generation and credit purchases. Our AI content and acceptable use policy forms part of these terms. Our Privacy policyexplains personal-data handling, and our Refund policyexplains credit returns and purchase refunds.
Eligibility and permission
You must be at least 18 years old to use the generator. Upload only photos you have the right to use, showing consenting adults. You are responsible for permission from every person pictured and for your use or sharing of the result.
Do not upload children’s photos or use someone’s likeness without their permission. Public availability of a photo does not establish consent. Fictional portraits and permission from an adult do not override our content restrictions.
Prohibited content and misuse
NSFW sexual content, nudity, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, child exploitation, blood and gore, graphic violence, violent threats, promotion of self-harm, hateful abuse, harassment, deception and unlawful activity are prohibited. These restrictions cover uploads, generated visuals, lyrics, audio and your use of the outputs. See the Content policyfor definitions, reporting and review procedures.
Do not bypass safety checks, consent requirements or security controls, misuse another account, or use the service to infringe privacy, copyright or publicity rights. A completed AI output is not confirmation that its content is permitted. Review it before sharing and report unsafe or unauthorized results.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide an email address you can access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify support about suspected unauthorized use. Do not share accounts to evade restrictions or access another person’s purchases or videos.
The AI service
The service uses two portrait references to generate an original orange-studio duet. Vocals, music, movement and appearance are generated and can be unpredictable. Lyrics can be written automatically or supplied by you. We do not guarantee exact likeness, particular lyrics, precise lip sync, timing or suitability for a specific commercial purpose.
Hotel Lobby AI is independent of Migos and COLORS. It does not provide the original Hotel Lobby song or clone the original artists’ voices. You should label shared outputs as AI-generated where needed to avoid misleading viewers.
Credits and payments
Each account can receive 1 free AI booth photo, subject to service availability and daily capacity. Confirmed technical failures restore a preview slot; pending or uncertain submissions keep it reserved. Previews are independent still images and do not guarantee video likeness, movement or vocals. The $1.99 First Take pack grants 160 credits, is available before your first purchase and can be purchased once per account. Refunds do not reset this offer.
Credits are purchased once, do not expire and are tied to your signed-in account. They are not cash, transferable currency or a subscription. Prices are shown in USD; applicable tax may be added by checkout. We display each generation’s credit cost before submission.
Submitting a generation reserves credits. Confirmed technical failure returns them once. Pending or uncertain tasks remain reserved while investigated. A completed output consumes the stated credits, including where its artistic result differs from your expectations. A new take consumes credits again.
Refunded purchases revoke the associated credits proportionally. If you already spent those credits, the resulting deficit must be offset before further generation. See our refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Uploads and outputs
You retain your rights in material you upload and grant us and our processing providers permission to handle it solely to provide and maintain the service. You may download and share outputs subject to third-party rights and applicable law. We do not guarantee that generated material is exclusive, copyrightable or cleared for every use.
Download work you want to keep before its 30-day availability ends. Our privacy policyexplains storage and deletion. We may change formats or pricing for future generations; an accepted job uses the price shown when submitted.
Availability and responsibility
Third-party queues, service interruptions and payment confirmation delays may affect availability. We investigate task and payment issues through support. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an affected service is limited to the amount you paid for it; this does not exclude liability or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Restrictions, suspension and review
We may refuse requests or restrict service where reasonably necessary to address prohibited content, fraud, security threats or legal obligations. Repeated or serious misuse may lead to account suspension. You can contact support to report an error or request review of a restriction. Restriction alone does not create an automatic cash refund or override your statutory rights; payment and unused-credit issues are handled under the Refund policy and applicable law.
Changes and service closure
We publish updated terms with their revision date. Material changes apply to future use and do not retrospectively change the price of an accepted job or remove mandatory consumer rights. If the paid service is discontinued, we will provide information about pending jobs and unused purchased credits, subject to applicable law.
