What you can create
Create a non-sexual, non-violent orange-studio duet using two adult portraits you have permission to use. Supplied and AI-generated lyrics, vocals, music and gestures must also comply with this policy. Fictional subjects, parody and consent do not override the prohibited categories below. This policy forms part of our Terms of service.
Prohibited content
NSFW, nudity and sexual content
Do not upload, request or use the service to create pornography, nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit imagery, fetish content, or sexually explicit audio or lyrics. Sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited, including fabricated or altered depictions of a real person, even if every person is an adult.
Children and sexual exploitation
The generator is for adults aged 18 or older and accepts portraits of consenting adults only. Do not upload children’s photos. Any sexualization, exploitation or abuse of a child or someone depicted as a child is prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Adult consent never makes child exploitation acceptable.
Blood, gore and graphic violence
Do not use the service for graphic bloodshed, severe injuries, exposed wounds, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, graphic death or abuse of people or animals. These restrictions apply to real, fictional and AI-generated scenes, including attempts to disguise graphic content as a joke or a rap performance.
Violence, threats and dangerous conduct
Do not create threats, incitement to violence, praise or promotion of violent attacks, terrorist or violent extremist propaganda, or instructions for harming people or animals. Content that encourages, glorifies or instructs suicide, self-harm or dangerous acts is also prohibited.
Hate, harassment and privacy violations
Do not create hateful or dehumanizing attacks based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability. Targeted abuse, bullying, stalking, blackmail, doxxing and disclosure of another person’s private information are prohibited.
Non-consensual impersonation, deception and illegal use
Do not use someone’s likeness without their permission, fabricate deceptive endorsements, present a generated performance as authentic evidence, or use outputs for fraud or other unlawful activity. Respect copyright, privacy and publicity rights. A photo being publicly available does not give you permission to use the person’s likeness.
Do not bypass safety controls
Do not alter files or requests to evade content checks, retry prohibited content with deceptive variations, bypass age or consent requirements, or interfere with the service’s security and rate limits. Do not upload identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive documents as portrait references.
Safety checks and their limits
Generation requests include the provider’s NSFW-check setting. Provider safety controls may reject a request or fail a task. These controls can miss harmful content or reject an acceptable portrait; we do not guarantee that every input or output is reviewed, or that every prohibited category is detected. A completed generation is not approval of its content. Review the visuals, lyrics and audio before sharing.
If an unexpected unsafe output is generated, do not share it or try to recreate it. Report the task reference so we can investigate. Reports may lead to restriction or removal of prohibited material, refusal of service or suspension of misuse. We may preserve or disclose limited records where necessary to investigate abuse or meet a legal obligation, as described in our Privacy policy.
Rejected requests and credits
A request refused before credit reservation does not use generation credits. If a submitted task is confirmed as rejected or failed, its reserved credits are returned once under the current task-handling rules. A pending or uncertain task retains its reservation until its status is resolved. A credit return is not a cash refund of a purchase.
A completed but unsafe output should be reported for investigation; it does not automatically trigger a cash refund. Purchase-refund requests follow our Refund policy, and applicable statutory rights take precedence. Returned credits do not give permission to repeat a prohibited request.
Report a concern or request a review
Email support@hotellobby.sitewith the task reference, a short description and, if you are affected by an unauthorized likeness, an explanation of your connection to it. You can report a concern without an account. Do not attach illegal sexual material, graphic media, identity documents or payment-card details.
If you believe a safety rejection or restriction was mistaken, use the same address to request a review. We may ask for limited information needed to investigate, while protecting other users’ private data. Reports are handled through support; this is not an emergency service.
